Ethanol is seen as a potent source to run cars. However, this does not seem to be a great idea as it may create a food supply crisis. The most fuel-efficient cars available today are the hybrid cars which are quite expensive for the COMMAN MAN. So how could the costs be kept reasonable? Many web sites are selling hydrogen convertor kits that allow our existing car to become more of a hybrid. It helps us to make the changes in our car and allows us to add water in order to fuel it. We know that water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen. By the process of electrolysis, the hydrogen and oxygen get separated. This hydrogen is then used to power the engine, thus hydrogen being the actual fuel. Hydrogen is an extremely volatile gas. Because of this property people think that a hydrogen-powered car is dangerous. However, the gasoline we use today is just as volatile as hydrogen. However when we apply scientific knowledge to it, hydrogen is no more dangerous to drivers than any other type of fuel. At a time when environmentalists are deeply concerned with environmental issues like global warming and ozone layer depletion, this helps in reducing the pollution levels in the atmosphere. When the internal combustion engine uses fossil fuels, they emit dangerous gases into the air. These chemicals stay in the air and end up causing various environmental disasters due to long term effects. With a hydrogen-powered car, the emission is just water vapor which is a clean emission. Besides saving our planet and reducing our expenses, water-powered cars have another advantage. They may extend the life of our car. Research suggests that water and hydrogen are not as hard on our engine as fossil fuels therefore it is likely to last longer and to have fewer problems. That also means less money spent on repairs and possibly a higher resell value. Thus we may say that - YES it is really possible to have a water powered car. Mankind has continued to surprise one another with his magical potential to innovate. So to say that a water powered cars (in whatever sense it is taken) is impossible is actually untrue. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!
